Oggi ho fatto un altro acquisto multiplo... puntavo il negozio Betsy3 da molto tempo, i suoi gioielli sono bellissimi, delicati e particolari al tempo stesso.

Non riuscivo mai a decidere quale paio di orecchini scegliere, quindi alla fine ho optato per quattro, dico quattro, paia diverse... sì, non ho più resistito e ho fatto razzia!
In realtà la proprietaria di Betsy3 non si chiama Betsy, né Elizabeth né Elisabetta, ma Elena. Il soprannome gliel'ha dato suo padre tanti anni fa e alla fine se l'è portato fino ad Etsy (ed è buffo che faccia la rima Etsy-Betsy!).
Ecco qui i miei ultimi acquisti! Che ne dite? Io non vedo l'ora di riceverli e di sfoggiarli per tutta l'estate! Avevo proprio bisogno di un po' di orecchini nuovi, mettevo sempre i soliti!
Today I made another multiple purchase... I was sneaking Betsy3 shop since a while, her jewels are awsome, delicate and particular at the same time.
I couldn't choose a pair of earrings, so I finally opted for four, I mean four, different pairs... Yes, I couldn't resist anymore!
Actually the owner of Betsy3 is not called Betsy, nor Elizabeth or Elisabetta, but Elena. This nickname was invented by her dad many years ago and she brought it to Etsy (and I find nice that Etsy and Betsy rhyme!).
So, here it is my last Etsy purchase! What do you think about it? I can't wait to receive and wear them all the summer long! I so needed some new earrings, I always wore the same ones!

Dunque dunque... una settimanina lunga e stancante! Le montagne di vestiti in giro per la casa tra un po' si animano e mi mangiano!

Ma finalmente il mercoledì è arrivato e posso dedicarmi a voi (lettori) e a noi (me, fidanzato e casina).

Well, well, a long and tiring week! Mountains of clothes around my house, I think they're going to come to life and eat me!
But it's finally wednesday and I can think about you (my readers) and us (me, boyfriend and home).

Domenica scorsa ho avuto un concerto con il mio Ensemble e pare proprio che sia stato l'ultimo con la nostra storica direttrice: tristezza infinita, ma speriamo di poter proseguire con un altro direttore... Davvero non saprei come vivere senza poter cantare con le mie amiche. Siamo insieme da una vita, abbiamo sempre cantato insieme e l'idea di dover eventualmente chiudere qui ci spezza il cuore a tutte quante.
Cambiando discorso, qualche giorno fa ho ricevuto il mio meraviglioso ordine vintage: il vestito e la borsa a righe sono ovviamente già stati utilizzati! Tutti mi chiedono come faccio a comprare vestiti su internet senza provarli, ma io non ho mai avuto problemi: basta che la descrizione sia ben dettagliata ed essere sicure sulla taglia che si indossa... per me ha sempre funzionato, anche con le scarpe!

Last Sunday I had a concert with my Ensemble and it probably was the last one with our all-time conductor: so sad, but we really hope we can go on with another one... I really don't know how I could live without singing with my friends. We are together since we are little, we have always sung together and thinking about a probable end really breaks our hearts.
Changing subject, a few days ago I got my fabulous vintage order: of course I've already used the dress and the striped bag! Everybody is asking me how I can buy clothes via interne, without trying them, but I never had problems: since the description is full and you are sure of your sizes... it always worked for me, even with shoes!

Bad day? Go Shopping!

Ho avuto due giorni di lavoro terribili: clienti pazzi, colleghi ancora più pazzi, impiegati delle poste pazzi, non ne potevo più!
Per fortuna la mia settimana finisce il mercoledì (e ricomincia il venerdì, che credete??), ma siccome oggi sono tornata a casa veramente sull'orlo di una crisi isterica, ho aperto Etsy e mi sono ricordata di una borsa a righe bianche e blu con inserti di cuoio che avevo visto pochi giorni fa in Front Page... ho dato un'occhiata al negozio e non ho resistito a prendere anche un'altra borsa e un bellissimo vestito estivo che non vedo l'ora di ricevere!
Ovviamente ho dovuto farlo mandare all'indirizzo dei miei genitori, perché (non credo di averne già parlato qui) in questo mega condominio mi rubano la posta: tante persone, avvocati, famiglie, un bel quartiere, strada privata... ma la posta non arriva! Qualche bolletta ogni tanto (è capitato anche di trovarne una aperta...), ma pacchi e riviste sono sistematicamente fatti sparire... uff!
Comunque: ecco il mio personale tributo agli ultimi acquisti e al bellissimo negozio vintage che ho appena svaligiato! ; )

I had two terrible days at work: crazy clients, even crazier collegues, crazy postoffice clerks, I couldn't stand it anymore! Fortunately my week ends on wednesday (and starts on friday, what did you think??), but today I came home really upset, I opened Etsy and remembered about a lovely blue and white striped bag with leather inserts that I saw in Front Page a few days ago... I took a look around the shop and couldn't resist to get ALSO another bag and a lovely dress that I can't wait to get!
Obviously I had to have them shipped to my parents' address because (I don't think I talked about this here before) in my enourmous building my mail is stolen: many people, lawyers, families, nice neighbourhood, private street... but I don't get mail! Some bills, sometimes (I even found my phone bill open, once...), but packages and magazines... no way! augh!
Anyway: on top you can look at my personal tribute to the great vintage shop where I just shopped! ; )
